Okay, now first off, you cannot make a character from the TV series, remember, all the heroes in this alternate reality are dead, other than the ones i described in Living Heroes And Characters, But Hiro escaped the blast, so he is availble
Now, if you choose to have powers, you CANNOT go into The Company, the exist for testing. Here is the factions leaders and purposes.
The Company - These guys wish to experiment on the heroes, lead Lindermann
The Heroes - These guys want to destroy the Black Hand, lead by yours truly
The State - Whats left of the politics, these guys want the fighting to stop, lead by Matt Parkman
The Black Hand - World Domination, simple. Lead by evil Jessica Sanders
